Reflecting on my journey a decade ago, when I was a budding entrepreneur building my food business, I discovered that through the years, my most valuable and lucrative experiences stemmed from my relationships with people who were very different from me. I realized the immense value in understanding different perspectives and the importance of making time to unearth shared values rather than relying solely on preconceived notions of judgment. This realization enlightened me and opened my mind and world to new possibilities.
WEBB Squared serves as a catalyst for connection and collaboration. By connecting people across racial, ethnic, and class divides, we foster diverse networks of people and organizations who share values. This helps us create fertile ground for a new culture to blossom in our business communities.

Spring Into Action! Will You Join Us?
We are kicking off our “Spring Into Action Fundraising Campaign” to raise $20,000 to support WEBB’s coaching program for entrepreneurs.
There are many motivating factors for a person to seek out a path of entrepreneurship. Maybe one needs to get out of the rat race away from that 9 to 5 job that is not emotionally or spiritually fulfilling. Maybe one needs additional income to support their lifestyle and family. Maybe one has a hobby that produces a product and they have to share that product with everyone they know.
Maybe one simply just has that BIG idea and wants to use their creativity to make it happen and bring it into the world.
Each person who comes to WEBB Squared is taking a leap of faith to take that BIG idea or vision and turn it into a tangible endeavor or business. Many come to us, share their BIG vision and say “where do I start?” These entrepreneurs are taking a leap of faith when they sit down and talk with the coaches at WEBB.
